Contest Rules

This promotion is intended for participation in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia ("D.C.") only. You may not enter if you are not eighteen (18) years of age or older as of 7/15/11 and a legal resident of and located in one of the eligible states or D.C. at the time of entry.

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID OUTSIDE THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND D.C., AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED.

1. TO ENTER: Go to SmartKnitKIDS.com and follow the on-screen instructions to enter during the Promotion Period. Entrants must have a valid email address at the time of entry and must complete all required information for entry to be valid. Entries become property of Sponsor and none will be returned or acknowledged except as provided herein.

2. WINNER SELECTIONS: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received on or about 8/15/11. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received in accordance with these Official Rules.

3. PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize: The Grand Prize winner will receive prize package with approximate retail value ("ARV"): $400.00. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions will be made.

Winners will be notified by email and must reply within 72 hours. Winners' entries and acceptance of prizes constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use their name, photograph, likeness, statements, voice, and address (city and state) on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation.

4. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older as of 7/15/11. Employees of Sponsor, advertising, promotion, and judging agencies and members of the immediate families or households of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate. For purposes of these rules, "immediate families" means spouse, parents or legal guardians, siblings, children, step-parents, step-siblings, step-children, and the spouses of each of the foregoing.
